Installation of 3 UPS Next Energy power 1.200 KVA in a plastic industry

Another project with a positive energy sign was carried out by ACE Power Electronics, this time on behalf of an industry specialized in high quality flexible packaging products and services. In particular, ACE Power Electronics contributed to the uninterruptible operation of the industry by installing three UPS of the NEXT ENERGY series with a power of 400 KVA each. The application of UPS was aimed at the constant operation of industrial loads and the elimination of problems created by interruptions in the power grid. The Next Energy series is manufactured by the world-renowned company in the field of uninterruptible power supply systems RIELLO UPS. It is an innovative series in UPS, which was designed for demanding electrical installations such as industry & Data Centers. The UPS Next Energy series has an Efficiency Control Mode function through which the increase in efficiency is achieved in a multi-parallel UPS system. Consequently, the industry achieves cost savings as well as reduced energy consumption. In addition, the UPS provides the possibility of remote monitoring, thus allowing the user to monitor the UPS’s operating status at any time and moment. The UPS systems are accompanied by the appropriate batteries which offer the necessary autonomy to ensure uninterrupted operation of the factory equipment. Therefore, knowing that production processes are often characterized by inefficient operation, while at the same time they face incidents of sudden power downtime, ACE Power Electronics takes care of the uninterruptible power supply of the demanding electronic equipment.
